Stone Island celebrates its fortieth anniversary with a brand new retail identification. The Italian model label partnered with Dutch studio AMO to debut the concept that at their new Chicago retailer, the primary for town. The analysis studio, affiliated with structure company OMA, was once a herbal selection for a logo that has cast an ethos orchestrated round experimentation and boundary-pushing design.

The altar-like 180 sqm format is punctuated with niches for archive items and prototypes, a results of years of experimentation in Stone Island’s lab in Raverino, Italy. Devoted rooms for collaboration and to exhibit processes spotlight the emblem’s dedication to innovation of materiality.
